Make-up (catch-up) classes may be offered at the discretion of the Academy and subject to availability. All catch-up classes must be used within 30 (thirty) days of the missed class date. After this period they automatically expire and are forfeited.
Catch-up classes do not pause or reduce monthly fees and are not guaranteed.
Conduct & Responsibility
All students must behave respectfully toward staff, students, and property.
The Academy reserves the right to suspend or terminate enrolment in cases of disruptive or unsafe behaviour. Parents/guardians must ensure timely drop-off and collection of minors. A late fee will be incurred for late pick-ups.
Closures
The Academy will be closed on all South African public holidays, and arrangements may be made for catch-up classes. The Academy will also be closed from 16 December to 14 January (four weeks). During this closure period, fees remain payable as normal, as enrolment spaces, staffing, property rates, maintenance, and other costs continue. Notice to leave or suspend any contract will not be accepted during December/January.
9.1 Catch-up classes during closure period
Catch-up classes are welcome and may be scheduled before or after the closure period, subject to availability. All catch-up classes remain subject to the 30-day expiry rule unless otherwise agreed in writing. Catch-up classes do not suspend, reduce, or extend monthly fees.
